Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Increased communication on projects.
  • Easier scope-of-project visualization.
  • Huge time savings having centralized project boards = far fewer emails and questions.
Our company supplies customized telephone on-hold message content to thousands of businesses. Our team is using monday.com to manage our workflow. When a new production is required by a client, it's added to the Production board as a new task along with the script for the project. Our announcers can then pull up the script and voice it, right within monday.com, then tag a producer to let them know voiceover is complete. Once the producer mixes the message with music and it's ready for the client, they tag the sales rep or let them know that the project is done. We have even set up the automations to archive tasks once they have been marked as done for a couple of weeks so that they don't clutter up the Production board.
  • Keeps everyone in the organization apprised of projects that are in motion.
  • Automatically alerts reps when projects are falling behind schedule (using automations).
  • Increases the efficiency of team communication.
  • Would like to have more automations at the current price.
  • When moving items to one board to another, if the same columns aren't present in the new board, it would be nice if the columns can be automatically created.
  • Maybe a slight tweak to the filter view so that instead of having to click "filter", then "Clear all" to turn off filters, there's just a button to "Clear Filters/Add previous filter" right on the board.
It's very easy to set up and once you've set it up, if you need to add or change values on the boards, it's a simple as clicking and typing. We love the automation which saves our team having to do weekly, repetitive tasks. Although our package has a monthly automation limit, I could see us upgrading to a package with more automations as more employees adopt using automations to increase productivity.
I have only had to contact support on one issue and they were prompt about getting back to me. The issue was resolved in a day and we were able to carry on working in the meantime.
We have never run into a problem with monday.com's reliability. As long as employees have access to their mobile, tablet, or PC with Internet access, they can get on the board, communicate with the departments, and get the work done. We have become a much more streamlined organization since implementing monday.com

We have some clients with weekly specials. We track info collection, copywriting, voiceover, audio production, client approval and scheduling all from one board. Then, the following week, all of the tasks are automatically regenerated. It's an incredible tool for what we do.

We are also tracking equipment to new clients, so when an order comes in, we can see if the item has been shipped, even installed client-side.

While we're not using this in our sales environment, but I'm sure there are more applications for this tool.
