I do not use all of the automated features to effectively rate this but what I do use has been great.
The easy-to-use is subjective to the user and there is a learning curve for most new users.
II recommend users go on and set up a project and research all the functionality is has to offer to help manage that project effectively.
I have not personally used this service but I like that it is available. As more of a user than IT professional I do not get that involved in the initial project set up to require using the dedicated Customer Success Manager. However, I think its great that this tool and kind of customer service is available.
From an overall management team perspective, users have varying system skill levels that impact how effective this tool can be. From an individual standpoint I know that it has way more functionality and design than what we currently use it for but it has been effective in getting the management team organized.
