Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- It's super easy to integrate new users and intuitive enough for quick adoption.
- We can easily collaborate and save time on unnecessary meetings.
- We keep things in one place, rather than having disparate systems.
We use monday.com across the entire organisation to manage all client projects. It keeps us on task and organised!
- We can duplicate boards for repetitive client tasks, which is handy.
- We can easily adjust task details to change collaborators, time required, etc.
- We can comment directly on tasks, tagging teammates to resolve and questions or issues.
- In the Team Capacity view, you have to keep clicking to see more tasks instead of the preview just staying open.
- There are glitches occasionally, especially when they try something new (like the cute winter theme when a task was marked as Done).
- Adding a file from Google Drive doesn't automatically pull up your most recent files, which seems a bit odd since that's likely to be what you want. So you need to search for it.
Every once in a while there's a glitchy bit, but for the vast majority of our working time, we have no issues and can rely on monday.com working seamlessly for us.
