We use monday.com as our project management/client communication tool. All to-dos for all team members, billing information, hour tracking, etc. goes into the tool. We tried several other tools/competitors and the flexibility of monday.com is excellent. We now also use it for HR department and all kind of real-time-reporting.

- monday.com mobile app is a bit limited/cant handle big boards with complex filters.
In the 2 years we've used monday.com we've had no downtime. Just the dashboards can be slow.
