Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We've been able to clearly see and understand results.
  • We've saved huge time by not needing to cross reference spreadsheets.
  • We've been able to create default templates for all projects going forward.
We use monday.com across our organization, specifically to manage marketing plans, timelines, results and third party data input. Implemented prior to the global lockdown, as a way to support our various departments to communicate and plan more efficiently.
  • Bringing together timelines, actions, tasks, results and data into clear to access boards.
  • Allowing a clear way to communicate over projects.
  • Giving the ability to create simple but also meaningful alerts on anything from deadlines, to updates and results.
  • More subfolders! Some projects in workspaces, have a huge amount of boards, so even with a top layer of subfolders, it can get messy looking. Being able to have folders within folders (more like a traditional desktop) would support better working.
  • Increase the numbers of boards for dashboards - often we use to track more than 10 projects.
I truly can't fault monday.com's ease of use interface. There are many software programs for project management, most often look like an extension of spreadsheets and can be overwhelming; monday.com is the opposite. It's easy, looks fun, has even has subtle features (like when you mark a task as complete, often you can see a small celebration animation on the cell) small features, like this make a huge difference to the team's motivation.
I've emailed questions and heard back in the hour, even the Twitter account has quickly helped me through DM's. They have gone out of their way to accommodate the changes I've asked for. I've never had customer service levels like this.
In a year of using, monday.com has not once crashed or been unavailable. The collaborative nature and open API means there are always new tools, templates and apps - it's always evolving and I honestly cannot praise monday.com enough.

monday.com is great for project managing, collaborative teamwork and sharing information with third parties. For example, we use monday.com to track the early tasks needed for a marketing campaign, from basic items like asset creation, ad bookings and so on, but in the same form, we can also add files, and results - so through one board, we can see an item, and the immediate results, who worked on them and view the whole campaign as a calendar.
