Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings, of course.
  • Project management boards, with a lot of options and improving in every update.
We use it in the design department of the company.
With monday.com we organize the work of the entire team and help us to monitor projects more precisely: Project management, estimates, links to projects, internal tasks, comments, etc.

  • Work organization.
  • Team organization (people available, busy...).
  • Status of the project or task (To Do, In Progress, Done, Archived...).
  • Hide boards (do not archive, but only hide).
  • Summary or filter of projects (boards) that are in progress or pending.
I work as UI designer and we have a UX department, so we know something about this...
monday.com's interface is simple and clear, easy to navigate and with many options to adapt to each type of project. Plus, it's fast.
They always listen to what we propose and help us. When there is a feature that is not yet there, they point it out so that in the following versions that new feature is proposed.
Before using monday.com, we used Trello for team organization. This was a bit chaotic, as we did not have an overview of the projects, we were missing information such as links, associated files, etc. It was also complicated to generate the necessary reports that the team lead needed for the company. That's why monday.com was a huge change. A change for the better. Now we can see much better how the department is in general lines, but also go to the detail of each project and see its status, dates, attachments, links, etc. It is much easier to organize and we have gained time and effectiveness.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

monday.com allows organizing teams of a considerable size: a multitude of projects, each with its own particularities. It can be easily integrated with other tools (in our case Figma and Invision), and allows efficient management of all team members, knowing at all times who is available, and in what state each project is.
