Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used across the whole organization. Every employee has access, however there are boards that only some users have access to. We also have three people only that are admins. We use it at work but it has also been very helpful to use whilst working from home during lockdowns. It addresses problems of communication that we would otherwise struggle with if just texting. This allows for different threads of conversation to occur with different people and different amounts of people at the same time.
  • You can set up personal automations that suit your company.
  • A variety of different boards are used to tailor it to different uses.
  • Support is always at hand and is prompt at replying.
  • Change status in accordance to the stage of work.
  • Charts are a brilliant way of seeing business development. The fact its available across every workspace is valuable too.
  • Sometimes automations can stop or not work as well.
  • Be a bit speedier sometimes.
  • If you could search for addresses and phone numbers relating to clients on the workspace, that would be brilliant.
  • Massive time saver--saves emailing
  • Business development--the charts are a brilliant method of analysis.
  • Integrations with other apps makes things so much smoother.
It's accessible to everyone. It can work on a web browser but also as an app. It's very easy to understand, once you get your head around things. It's now completely second nature to us and is an incredibly valuable part of our company. To be honest, I don't know what we'd do without it!
They provide really quick responses and always seem happy to help. I think the one thing that could really help is having a designated monday.com worker who knows about the ins and outs of your business. A phone number could also help if you need to contact them really quickly. I find that although a response via email is prompt (24 hours), a direct line could be helpful because we are so reliant on this application.
Really positive. I can't think of any other platform that could do this as well as monday.com. Really, really impressed with it all. It's smooth running, has automations (which save us loads of time), and has app integration. It's a valuable part of our company now and we're incredibly reliant on it!

Well suited in a company where you need to be in contact with everyone. To have a personal option in this case could also be appropriate.

Less appropriate for really large companies, I think, as too many workspaces could get confusing. Especially as we're adding new users to each board whenever new starts join, which does take a while. I could imagine for large companies this could get confusing.

Yes, we do. We have workspaces for certain groups of people; we have boards which are specific to people too. We have individual people but also groups of people who create our teams and allow us to dedicate our work tasks accordingly.

Using graphs is a really intuitive way of managing projects. We're able to see clearly what works and what doesn't, who's performing well and who isn't, and how time is managed across the team.
