- Our employees embraced their work more and made them work by paying more attention to deadlines.
- It enabled us to regularly follow up the works while working remotely.
We were looking for a tool to use monday.com for this kind of planning and job tracking after we moved from home to work.
As our department, about 10-15 people started to use monday.com and we started to follow all the works from here.
We started to share our business presentations on monday.com in our weekly meetings.
One of the issues that challenged us here was the following; there are different teams in our department. There is a team that provides the creative service, another team that publishes the games and another team that does the digital marketing. Different boards were created for the task lists of these teams. but we had a hard time keeping track of the work we assigned to each other.
While everyone was keeping track of their task list, it was a bit challenging to keep track of what someone else was assigned in their task list. It would be nice to have a job on our own task list when we are assigned here.

- The interface is successful, simple and clear.
- It can be converted to almost any desired format, such as Excel format.
- The automation feature is really useful.
- The page where people will follow their personally assigned jobs is insufficient and a bit confusing.
- The tasks I completed on the boards did not seem to be completed on my weekly board. I had trouble solving this situation, I could not even solve it.
As a team, monday.com strictly regulated our working times, planning and scheduling. We were so messy before that.
When reporting on this week at the end of the week, we could hardly give the answer to the question of what jobs we did this week. I know I'm trying to check and remember emails one by one. It has really been a great convenience now.
