It is being used by the whole organization and by our clients to keep them up to date with developments on their projects. It helps us stay on top of all the deadlines and keep all the written communication in one place, like a database that our clients can access.

Pros

  • Improve 'My week' functionality to read pulses without leaving the screen
  • Improve search function to allow filters for deadlines only, not all dates
  • It does consume a lot of energy from my computer; maybe that can be improved
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We have customised ours to suit our needs and our clients find it very easy to use after a short 20-minute video call with them to show them how it works. Because it is so customizable we have changed each of our clients' board to suit their particular needs and interests.
Whenever I have an issue, I email monday.com and my support tickets receive a response in one day. There have been times when the answers were not particularly useful because my question was not understood, but because they respond so fast, I went back and further explained my issue, and in the end got it resolved.
I have been using monday.com for over a year and a half and it has only once had a downtime moment for a few minutes. They always add new features. It has been great and we could not do what we do, or grow the way we do, without it.

It is suitable for tracking client work and projects, lists of prospects (for sales), list of partner institutions, and tasks assigned to the team.

It is not very suitable for tracking timelines because they are not customizable, so you cannot add any milestone in one timeline, just the start and end dates.
