- Easy project setup.
- Time saving. Follow-ups are at a minimum.
- Provides cohesion to the team, especially during these times where being remote is the new norm.
Department use. Department uses it to track all our applicants in our current project. It is utilized as a main data point.
- Process tracking.
- Communication tracking.
- Financial tracking.
- Deadlines.
- It can be a little overwhelming due to the amount of information we use it for.
- Categorizing/ filters can be improved.
- Document preview could be improved. We have to download to see the Documents at the moment.
- Smarter notification system.
It provided a main data source to the team and project. It also brought transparency and cohesion during a time where we are all remote, but required to collaborate. Streamlined communication with the automated emails of all processes, deadlines, milestones and document uploads.
