Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It has allowed us to be more accurate in our sales statistics.
  • I am working on creating an Onboarding Board that will hopefully help us better train new employees leading to less frustration and more retention.
We are a church extension fund and use this software to track sales of our services and also to manage the tasks of the services support assistants.
There are a lot of steps in our processes and various people involved in those steps, so monday.com is a place where everyone can see what stage the processes are in and what comes next, when it needs to be done, etc.
I also manage the administrative support staff pool for the org and use monday.com to manage the tasks for each support staff member.
  • Automates many small steps, leaving the support staff to focus on larger items.
  • Shows clearly and to everyone in the org, what is going on in terms of services.
  • Manages employee tasks.
  • The dashboard is great, but it's not downloadable (yet - the monday.com team is constantly enlarging and improving the software - it's amazing where it has come in the last three years). Right now, I have to take screenshots and create PDFs to send the graphs to those (like board members) who don't access monday.com.
  • I wish they would stop moving things - additions are great, but I'm tired of having to constantly have to relearn where to click for certain items.
We don't yet use integrations because I am the only person trained on setting up monday.com, and that part has seemed a bit hard for me to learn - but for small non-profit overall usability, it's been great!
Fantastic and fast support!
Very reliable. Sometimes, certain automations have been a bit glitchy, but they've been developing them at a breakneck pace and they are getting more and more reliable now.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

It's a great project management tool, but be careful of "too many cooks in the kitchen" syndrome, where too many people have the ability to change things. At our org, we keep the actual editing of monday.com to the support staff.

monday.com & Collaboration

We do not do this at our org.
10!
monday.com was a very simple project/task management tool three years ago - the amount of amazing features that have been added in that time is astounding and when I've had questions (I am NOT and IT person), they answer promptly.

Using monday.com

15 - Project management, task management
1 - Fifteen people use it, but there is only one person who creates boards, updates boards, etc.
  • Tracking projects and services better than ever before.
  • I love how automations can send out emails.
  • Onboarding of new employees.

Yes - I don't really use much - when I do, it's just too look at where we are on projects, and for that purpose it's very easy.
