We use monday.com across our whole organization for anyone involved in a project at any stage. This helps to a sign out parts of the project to various employees as well as communicate back-and-forth and keep up with status.

Usability

monday.com has worked great for everything we have I planted it for this far. I do know there are a ton more features and way it can be used, I just haven’t gotten deep enough into it yet - but they have a lot of great tutorials and resources to learn how else it can work for you.

Support Rating

The only time I ever had to contact to ask about where something was (it was after an update and a function had been moved) I got a very quick turnaround and helpful response.

Reliability & Availability

Everything within the system has worked exactly as needed. It’s extremely user-friendly, helped immensely with communication and efficiency and overall workflow, and the notifications via email and on mobile help stay in front of all involved on a project to ensure they see and interact with the tasks assigned for completion of a project.
