Currently monday.com has only been introduced into the Account Manager department and has been set up to reflect the customer journey and their relevant touchpoints.
monday.com is incredibly visual and user friendly. I particularly like the option of dark mode, as this lowers my chances of having a migraine. I would only say that there are certain things I want to automate which would be great to discuss with a representative. I do recognise this may be issues that most people figure out on their own. As I said it is very user friendly, due to the vast video and article option explaining multiple rules and specifications.
I have not used this option and was not aware it was offered.
