Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Helps onboard new clients.
  • Really good for tracking hours.
  • I think we would lose money if we didn't track with monday.com.
We are currently using it to keep track of all client details, requests, passwords, contracts, you name it.
  • The user interface.
  • Uptime - monday.com is almost always available.
  • Organization of information.
  • I am sure whatever limitations monday.com has it will be improved over time.
While pretty easy, you still have to look around for a few things. Even as an experienced user. I have no doubt that this will improve over time.
I have not had a chance to deal with them yet but I am sure they are wonderful.
Uptime is almost nearly perfect. When it does go down, it usually takes no time at all for it to go back to a working state.

It is best used for companies that have a large client base. When the company only services a handful of companies.
