Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have been using monday.com for the past year and I love it! Such a great resource for what I do and helps me stay on top of all my work!! I always know when I have to ship something out or have shipped something out so everything is organized and sent out correctly. I give Monday 10/10.

Pros

  • Stay on top of orders shipped.
  • Organize contacts and shipped products.
  • Easy access with my employers.

Cons

  • Nothing really bad to say. The layout could be nicer. It could be faster.
I gave a 10 because at first I was having a lot of trouble with remembering and staying organized with all of the projects I was working on. It helped me a lot with managing my time and talking to my colleges about our projects so everything gets set out smooth without any issues.
I have had zero issues with monday.com since I started using it and no need to use the customer support but I do know I always have access to great customer support at all times, which is convenient.
monday.com is very reliable, and has impacted me so drastically since I started using it. I'm so glad I can have such easy access to my projects that can get overwhelming, but overall I need monday.com for my work and will continue to use it 100%. Thank you, monday.com!

If you have to keep all of your projects and shipping organized for easy access with your employers and get everything out in a fast and well manner, I think it's great for shipping and contacting my colleagues about certain things we need to get out on time when there are issues so we have a paper trail.
