Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com has helped improve team cohesion.
  • Overall, it allows team members to communicate more effectively.
  • Time management is improved with the visual aid provided by monday.com to track a project's progress.
monday.com is used by my organization to track the myriad of projects that are currently being worked on. It is mostly used by the Operations Department, and it allows us to see who is assigned to each project, their respective due dates for completion, and it also allows projects to be divided into their component parts. It resolves the business problem of understanding what each member is doing, despite any physical distances that exist between team members.
  • Great for tracking project ownership.
  • Fantastic for creating a backlog of ideas that can later be turned into projects.
  • Perfect for breaking down a large project into smaller components that can be delegated to team members.
  • Opening the sub-items in a project ruins the alignment a little.
  • Resizing the columns could be done table by table instead of universal.
  • E-mail reminders being sent out after a due date is past without any updates having been made might be helpful.
I am a relatively new user, and while monday.com does offer a tutorial oftentimes you're thrown into the thick of the work with little time to really get into the features, especially the advanced ones. It is intuitive enough that I am able to look at the tables that have already been created and understand who owns what, the status of the project, and more. Yet at the moment I know very little about the automated features monday.com offers, and if indeed any of them are currently in use by my department.
As I have not had the pleasure to experience the Customer Support Services of monday.com or Enterprises, I feel I cannot adequately express a proper opinion regarding their services. Since CS is an integral part of the success of any business, I'm sure their Support team is more than capable of handling any issues that may arise in the future.
The performance of monday.com is adequate for its intended purpose. It does not have any flashy patterns or heavy images that would hinder its performance if someone were using a basic, low-end, PC/laptop. As such I am quite satisfied with monday.com's fluidity and minimal design features which allows it to run reliably with any equipment that accesses it.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

monday.com is well suited for managing a variety of ongoing projects and having a bird's eye view of who has ownership of a project, or in the case of a collaboration, who is handling which component that makes up the entire project. It is certainly useful for any team that is connected virtually, instead of the classical office environment, and its ability to integrate with Microsoft Teams gives it additional value.
