Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- We have saved a considerable amount of time in our workflow due to the automations provided in monday.com. Being able to advance a project and updated appropriate users at each phase/step has reduced the number of emails we've needed to traffic.
- We have saved considerable email server space with the ability to provide discussions and reviews in-app (whether desktop or mobile) and can traffic PDFs and images this way.
Currently, Monday.com is used in our Marketing department. Primarily used to manage design project requests and review, it is also used by our events team to manage all aspects of an event (brainstorming to planning, to management of signage and other supporting requests). Combined, this team makes up roughly 17 users within the marketing department.
- Monday.com is extremely fluid in how it can be set up. You are provided with a lot of template options, but can easily twist and bend into whatever you need it to be.
- Their support is top notch. They are always quick to respond and will continue to follow up until everything is taken care of.
- Monday.com is extremely user friendly, making onboarding an easy task.
- Version control of uploaded documents would be great. Rather than creating new updates to post the current version, it would be great to save on top of the existing document.
We use Monday.com via web, desktop app (on Mac) and mobile app (both Android and iOS). In the 2+ years we've been using Monday.com, we've only encountered some amount of downtime twice. And in both instances, if one access point was down (say mobile), we've always been able to achieve what we needed to do via web or desktop app. There's always been at least one access point available to allow us in continuing our work.
