We are a small organization, we all work remotely and the business is growing, so it became critical to put a system in place that enables us to collaborate effectively, manage design processes, store documents, provide seamless service to a growing number of clients, and customers, AND scale up the business. Monday.com has delivered all of that and more.
- It's so intuitive. Zero tech expertise is required to get up and running quickly, and you can build your workflows and processes as you go.
- It's so malleable. It's incredibly easy to add to or change the structure of boards, move files around, etc., and importing data (like spreadsheets) is an absolute dream.
- It's so searchable. For the first time ever, we know where or how to find every file, message, related email, or client purchase history and we can keep it all together in one place.
- It has a dazzling array of automation and integrations with other apps. They are super easy to apply, and they just work! First time! No frustrating cryptic error messages!
- We would love to use Monday.com for managing bulk marketing emails and social media posts without having to integrate with other apps. (But we understand one system can't do EVERYTHING!)
- It would be awesome if we could enable clients to book appointments directly through a form or link into a calendar (maybe we can and we just haven't figured out how yet!)
- I honestly can't think of anything else. Monday.com has consistently exceeded our expectations.
