Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Significant time savings through improved visibility of projects and easy access to information.
  • Measurable customer service improvements through improved follow-up we have increased sales.
We are a small organization, we all work remotely and the business is growing, so it became critical to put a system in place that enables us to collaborate effectively, manage design processes, store documents, provide seamless service to a growing number of clients, and customers, AND scale up the business. Monday.com has delivered all of that and more.
  • It's so intuitive. Zero tech expertise is required to get up and running quickly, and you can build your workflows and processes as you go.
  • It's so malleable. It's incredibly easy to add to or change the structure of boards, move files around, etc., and importing data (like spreadsheets) is an absolute dream.
  • It's so searchable. For the first time ever, we know where or how to find every file, message, related email, or client purchase history and we can keep it all together in one place.
  • It has a dazzling array of automation and integrations with other apps. They are super easy to apply, and they just work! First time! No frustrating cryptic error messages!
  • We would love to use Monday.com for managing bulk marketing emails and social media posts without having to integrate with other apps. (But we understand one system can't do EVERYTHING!)
  • It would be awesome if we could enable clients to book appointments directly through a form or link into a calendar (maybe we can and we just haven't figured out how yet!)
  • I honestly can't think of anything else. Monday.com has consistently exceeded our expectations.
Zero technical expertise is required to get Monday.com up and running and providing business benefits. For more advanced functionality, Monday.com provides great help docs and videos, and excellent support services. It's also easy and intuitive to set up automation and integrate other apps, and everything just works! First time!
We haven't had to use their support service much, but in all cases, it was fast, helpful, and thorough. We've either been able to figure out how to set something up, or have found instructions or a quick how-to video that has solved our query.
So far, flawless— zero downtime and completely reliable.

Monday.com is brilliant for growing businesses of ANY size. It's also perfect for remote or geographically diverse teams; wherever collaboration or multiple touchpoints within the team/business are necessary to deliver products and services; where admin has become overwhelming, customer service is suffering, or greater efficiency is required.
