Positive impact is a better work flow throughout the jobs from start to finish.
Positive impact is a better organization for recalling data after completion of task.
Negative impact is the loss of data once we go to archive this boards.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is our primary source for keeping data across our multiple jobs. It has been a great contribution to our organization for allowing multiple team members to contribute data and keep things update and moving forward. It also has help[ed] track problems within our system processes.

Pros and Cons

It allows flexibility to control multiple task in one area.
It allows a lot of different automation to help time stamp data.
It has a great search feature for allowing you to find data across multiple boards.

It uses a lot of data to be able to control functionality. If you have an older computer you may find some issues.
They have a data loss problem once boards are archived.( Notes, Time Stamps)
Lots of Customizable options but shared with the entire team. (Not Personal to User)

Usability

This rating was given because we have found this product easy to integrate into our business. It has allowed us to grow without the need for additional staff. We have been with the product through some of [their] growing pains and that is the only reason for not giving it a 10

Support Rating

Customer support has been great to work with. The lack of giving a 10 is once again we have been with them through their growing pains and it has sometimes taken awhile to get some of their growth added into the programing.

Reliability & Availability

The overall performance of the software has been great. We have had little to no downtime with this. The app is as quick as the online version of the software. The integration of the IOS app is almost as good as the desktop version. With the only downside being the computing power of your phones or tablets vs. a desktop.

Likelihood to Recommend

I believe this system would be well suited for any business. It has so many features that can be tailored to your specific needs. We personally have a lot of need to be able to track and adjust a data flow for active jobs. We have multiple people with tasks from start to finish tied to the same job. With this software we have been able to see how we could be more efficient in our process and decrease turn around times. It has also allowed for us to CYA with customers on changes made that effect timing for completion. I [feel like] the down side would be for a company that would have outside data coming in this would not be the best option.

Monday to Monday this is a great Product.
