Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • New employees have immediate access to the company's documents with ease, helping them to settle in.
  • It is certainly a time saver for all of us - we can request approval, notify other collogues, etc. with the click of a button.
  • Boards are easy to create and we can customize it according to our own liking; we can setup a functional board exactly the way we want in no time, allowing us to work more effectively.
monday.com is being used across the whole organization. We use it as our main information communication tool. It holds all our important documents in one place. In the past, we struggled to find documents between all our various storage locations. Now we have one system where all our documents are organized and easily searchable. We are now able to maintain proper document control and keep track of all changes to any document at any point in time. We also use monday.com as an effective way of approving our documents. We have a complete Activity Log of who changed what and where in the document. There is no confusion between document versions and revisions - everything is in one place, where it should be.

monday.com is incredibly easy to use and has phenomenal power to pull information together. We are generally very impressed with its simplicity and overall usability. It takes much skill and effort to make something powerful easily usable.
I have never had to make use of monday.com support. Everything is very straightforward to use.
Reliability and uptime is always good. We have never experienced difficulties in this regard. We know we can have confidence in using the platform as our main information storage location.

monday.com is well suited for each employee in our company (except those who have no access to computers of course). I have not come across a scenario where monday.com was not well suited to order our day-to-day documentation and information. The boards on monday.com can be customized to our own linking and provides us with an easy way to integrate and organize our documentation. It's really a useful tool we now cannot go without.
