It is used across a few different departments, such as with the customer and marketing team, and is used in different ways. It mainly helps us to stay organised and on track with our actions. It is also great for overseeing what different tasks people are working on and how they are prioritising those tasks.
I haven't used customer support yet but because I haven't really felt the need to -- which I guess is a good thing! I have watched some of their tutorials which was helpful when first learning how to use the platform.

I use it for my personal to-do list and for updating my boss on my priorities. Great for listing out event deliverables as well.
