Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Time saving.
- Transparency/visibility.
- Coordination.
Used by most of our entire organization. Used to project management, track projects, and for personal project tracking.
- Customizability.
- Automations.
- Sharing functionality.
- Make it simpler to attach files to boards directly from pasting in with a Google Drive link (vs. having to search in the Google Drive connector function).
- Reduce the amount of CPU usage the application takes. Even when running it in Chrome it eats up a lot of my computer's capacity and slows me down.
- Improve ease of access on mobile when signing in via SAML/SSO integration.
Generally, it has reliable and strong performance, however, even when running monday.com in Chrome/the browser, it uses up a huge amount of my computer's bandwidth/operating capacity. Anything that could be done to reduce that load would be great as, let's be real, we all have a million Chrome tabs open at once. Having a tab that consistently kills our productivity makes us less likely to use it - that's especially frustrating when it's a tool to be aid our productivity.
