Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Established a sales pipeline for all members to utilize
  • Time savings on monotonous automations
  • Agile and sprint planning
  • Granular permissions versus Google Drive
monday.com is being used for both internal and client-facing project management, as a CRM platform for our sales pipeline and as a database for estimates, payments, and invoicing. We have been searching for an all-in-one technology that is nimble and customizable, and monday.com has been that and more. New features are often added and they have been very responsive in answering any support tickets.
  • Sales pipeline automation from leads to sales pipeline to client
  • Granular board permissions to allow for private internal and public client-facing boards
  • Agile sprint planning and development (with some tinkering)
  • Time tracking is the biggest item we would like to see from monday.com
  • Workspace templates with an array of starter templates
  • Pretty aggressive upselling from the get-go when we were already Pro members and not even utilizing all of the features we could have
I give monday.com a nine out of ten because it has executed wonderfully for my small startup team. We found it easy to adopt and manage, as well as found it easily scalable with a few small hiccups. Support has been great in answering our questions swiftly and we love how well the library of resources on monday.com's website and YouTube are able to be applied to our unique use cases. We have additionally found it useful for client-facing project management and have even upsold to other clients.
We have never had any issues with their support. I have found them exceptionally fast in response and resourceful in answering questions. We have had an array of different support staff assist us and all have been professional and courteous. I would recommend their support staff compared to others in the space.
We have never had any issues with reliability or uptime. There are a few minor qualms with the templating feature that we found less intuitive, but otherwise all items seem to be made in a way that is generic and flexible enough to accommodate all of our needs. Additionally, they seem to be adding features constantly, so the future is bright.
