monday.com is used in my organization in It department, in managing user requests and managing and implementing the projects that give rise to them, other departments are going to adopt. Other departments will want to adopt this tool as well. monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use, and its configuration allows it to adapt to our needs.
I think that in general, the tool is easy to use, very intuitive, and with very comprehensive features, I just don't give it the highest score, because the tables sometimes contain a lot of information, which in some cases may not generate a good reading of the intended, but overall an excellent tool.
my experience with support was not much, but when I resorted to it they were quick to respond, less than 24 hours, and with precise help on what was requested, so overall it was an excellent experience.
so far, the response from the tool has met our expectations, we have had no downtime, and the team has adapted well to its functionalities and use, with other teams in the company now very willing to adopt it for their processes, so overall the performance has been very good.

I think that the most suitable scenarios will be all those that are connected with the management of small projects or organization of tasks, which may have interconnection between all departments of the company. In large projects with larger teams, you may not have such an adequate and may fit depending on the intended objective response.
