Monday.com is used across the whole organization. It addressed communication problems in between areas, simplified production process[es], and sped up turnaround times. [It] also reduced a lot of errors that translated in savings. Specifically, the customer service was affected positively and our customers are feeling the huge difference in every way. Monday.com is now a really key element in our business and everyday operations.

I really consider monday.com a must have for every company.
Customer support is rarely needed, so for example, we used [it] just one time when we started to touch base and to be sure how this service will work. Most like a first contact than a real necessity. They were very prompt and efficient, so I know they are very [good] (the best) in what they do.
The tools like file upload, schedule with time, and production line description (we built it from scratch because we needed a very customized service) and control of all the areas is unbelievable. These guys are geniuses. All is made to make the company's everyday needs as easy as possible. I am really grateful.

Basically, [it] is awesome and needed every moment of our day.
Not appropriate to involve actual clients with the system, but [this] is not needed. This is a management service not to be integrated with clientele.
