We use monday.com company wide, everything from KPI's to tracking lost shipments to assigning daily responsibilities. Monday.com really helps with cross-department communication and allows for everyone to see where a specific item is, who it's assigned to, what its status is and many other reference points. The color coded customizable tags are freaking AWESOME!

  • Ability to assign a person to any folder, item, or group of items
  • The automations make it easy to set up the board one time
  • The ability to have multiple views including bar and pie charts
  • More color choices for the tags, there can never be too many!
It may take a minute to fully understand how all of the functions work, but there are a ton of useful tools available online (YouTube, etc.) to help you with any sticking points.
The ability to customize boards to whatever you need is huge. I still find new things that get me thinking "How can I use this?"
I feel like the sky is the limit as far as what I feel I can do with this software.
I cannot recall why I had to contact your CS, but I do recall it was resolved quickly.
I do feel like the folks at monday.com are excited about their product and are enthusiastic about helping to show off its functionality.
Not mention the video tutorials, webinars, etc. really explore the depth of this program.
I have never had an issue with the functionality of this software that could not be fixed with a quick page refresh.

Yes

I use it to track my departments KPI's, and I can put it into an easy to read bar chart, so the company officers can get the "10,000 foot view" at a glance.
I also use it to track missing or lost shipments. I can update each one when its status changes and I can set it to automatically update our customer service team of these changes to allow them to get out a replacement, or to just contact the customer to give them an update.
I also use it to make charts for shipments by carrier, shipping cost for profit, and loss reports.
