Currently, we use monday.com in the Legal department. We use it to follow up the necessary procedures for the business, in which several lawyers are involved who are assigned a specific task. It helps us to identify the areas of opportunity and to be more efficient. We also use the tool to control contracts and their proper instrumentation of documents, time control, etc.

I think that we have not yet completely discovered all the functionality, but what we have learned so far has been of great value because it helped us to have work projects in one place that normally encompass different tasks and different people. [Previously], that was difficult to have controlled in emails or in Excel tables, so I facilitated everything. The fact that we're able to have it in a mobile application allows us immediate responses to status changes.
We have never really needed monday.com's technical support. So far our boards have worked perfectly and without failures, so I cannot make a real qualification of this point because we have not needed it yet.
The impact has been manifested above all in the execution times, and in the management of people and their tasks.

It is very suitable for controlling projects with several people involved and different tasks as well as specific times.

I would not recommend it to develop high-profile reports, which must be delivered to a Board of Directors or shareholders of a company, since it is another tool in the field of control and monitoring.
