Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves me a lot of time to use my work day more efficiently
  • Much easier to set up projects and keep track
  • More efficient when running projects with new staff
monday.com is used across all communications with the wider team as well as a client database, project timeline and folder systems to store data and project details.

Pros

  • User friendly - easy to use outlay
  • Organizational efficiency - great for managing projects and time tracking
  • Integration features are great

Cons

  • Would be great to see a collaborative whiteboard type function
  • Ability to create pitch decks potentially
  • I think everything else works great and can't think of anything else
monday.com is super easy to use. The UX design, simple interface and use of colours make it so anyone can jump right in to start working on it. There are great tutorials too if you get stuck. It's super intuitive!

It makes my day more productive and I find running projects is easy with it.
monday.com's customer support is great because it's in real time and they are there 24/7 for any needs you have. They are super friendly and super helpful for whatever your need.

Having a success manager and real person to talk to really provides the best service possible so you don't have to worry about a thing.


Using monday.com for our production needs has been a game changer. It's overall performance has made working simultaneously across lots of projects and staff a much more efficient and enjoyable process. We use it for all parts of the business, digital asset management, client database, project timelines, team time tracking, CRM and more.

It's reliable and easy to use which gets my vote!

monday.com works great in a collaborative process for the whole team to have oversight on projects. We can time track easily, upload documents and export the timeline with super easy features and usability.

I love the integration feature and how many different apps it can be connected to, makes for a seamless working process.

I've found it to be super useful and easy to use on many levels.
