By using monday.com, remote workers can communicate quickly and efficiently without an excess of verbiage and prompts. Its efficient use of automation reduces the amount of administration the teams need to do and helps them focus on the work rather than confirming and tracking the work. The flexibility allows us to add freelancers into the flow ad-hoc, to change processes quickly as and when business and partner needs change.
