Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to onboard our new partners across multiple departments - from sales to established and running smoothly as part of our services. By using monday.com, remote workers can communicate quickly and efficiently without an excess of verbiage and prompts. Its efficient use of automation reduces the amount of administration the teams need to do and helps them focus on the work rather than confirming and tracking the work. The flexibility allows us to add freelancers into the flow ad-hoc, to change processes quickly as and when business and partner needs change.

The most recent updates to monday.com have made everything work the way a user expects it to work. Where I've personally used workarounds before, it's now simple to make automation work in a clearer way with consistent options across features. At a user level, it's very easy to pick up the basic tools and get running immediately - find their work, update their work and use comments to request more info, additional steps, or support when there are queries.
Honestly, I haven't needed their customer support for a long time. Everything has worked quite smoothly. I think my only request for help was triaged and set to quite a low level of need, and that's fine. It wasn't important. It was frustrating to hear multiple requests for patience rather than hear that any action was being taken.
I've never seen any downtime from monday.com, and that's a big bonus for any SaaS. It's been reliable and consistent. The recent changes and updates have only improved the system's ability to work as expected, with old minor frustrations being removed, rather than new levels of complexity being added. Overall the experience has been improved consistently since the company integrated monday.com into their workflow.

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

monday.com is well suited to companies prepared to commit to making it part of their workflow with access to API tools for integration and a lot of B2B communication required. It's great for providing the basis for access and updates on progress with onboarding and for task delegation. It's easy to view the team's workloads and balance additional tasks making it a useful tool to view the potential impacts of additional requests to the team.

It's not appropriate for tracking large and unique inventory management at this time. A new board might be needed for each task if this is the type of work required.
