Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it in our Marketing Department. It helps us with our project management across our different subareas (email, creative requests, etc.) and keeps us organized.

monday.com is extremely easy to use and easy to follow. I remember using other project management software and finding it hard to follow all the way to completion. With monday.com and all of its features, I can't think of a time where I wasn't amazed how much it could do and what could be automated (which saves so much time).
Although I haven't talked to our Project Manager yet, she set us up with great tools initially and showed us how easy this product was to use. She also recommended some great resources that taught my team and me how to set up exactly what we needed to get what we wanted out of monday.com.
monday.com is extremely reliable and took a lot of stress out of my work week. I ended up converting a lot of my old checklists, excel sheets, and documents over to monday.com because of how easy and intuitive the product was. I really appreciate that you can create your board to your exact specifications.

monday.com is great for project management, for example: when I have to keep all of the requests for specific graphic design requests organized all the way until the project is completed. Something less appropriate would be something better tracked on an Excel sheet, for example: something you just want to look at in a glance and do not need to manipulate much.
