- Monday.com has a board where you can create tasks and activities and assign to people who get notification when they are assigned. They can update status of tasks and complete tasks
- Monday.com have dashboards which you can use for reporting purposes to see which tasks have been completed and by who and when. These reports you can build for yourself easily and adapt them for your needs
- Monday.com can create your personal forms which you can customize for your company purposes for capturing the information you can make certain fields required and after respective use capture that information in form of tasks and activities. You can track the tasks and activities and assign them statuses to allow the users to view progress.
- They can build more nice standard dashboards for reporting purposes

Monday.com has significantly improved my management software in terms of projects and tasks prioritization and assignment but more can be done [by] having reported in real-time which you can have a glance of what is happening with your tasks in order to make it easy to track them instead of building your own reports.
