Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used to create Purchase Orders used for maintaining tasks and tracking progress. Used for setting up company targets and tracking progress. Used for reporting purposes. Used for departmental management. Used for maintaining projects and keeping track of projects. Used for departmental planning purposes. Used for scaling up projects. Used for marketing purposes
  • Monday.com has a board where you can create tasks and activities and assign to people who get notification when they are assigned. They can update status of tasks and complete tasks
  • Monday.com have dashboards which you can use for reporting purposes to see which tasks have been completed and by who and when. These reports you can build for yourself easily and adapt them for your needs
  • Monday.com can create your personal forms which you can customize for your company purposes for capturing the information you can make certain fields required and after respective use capture that information in form of tasks and activities. You can track the tasks and activities and assign them statuses to allow the users to view progress.
  • They can build more nice standard dashboards for reporting purposes
  • Building more KPI's for reporting purposes
  • Refining the board and integrating with more softwares

The overall usability is great but still believe there is a lot to work on for the integration side so that more software can be able to interact with Monday.com in passing and receiving information. The interface is easy to use but certain functionality is hidden and it takes practice and training to identify them which this can be improved by making sure that those functions are available so that users can be able to easily access them.
The problem is that most users are not aware of that customer support as the person who implements normally override that functionality but it will be great for all users to have access to full-time support so that it's not centralized on specific users with certain functionality that they can only have access to support.
Monday.com has significantly improved my management software in terms of projects and tasks prioritization and assignment but more can be done [by] having reported in real-time which you can have a glance of what is happening with your tasks in order to make it easy to track them instead of building your own reports.

Monday.com is well suited for maintaining projects and tasks but it's less suitable for things like marketing and employee management where you might need to track what your employees are busy with certain tasks and if you can reassign work to employees who still have more capacity. It's difficult to use Monday.com for areas where you want your suppliers or customers to track the progress of certain tasks without them having to register for Monday.com.
