Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

A lot of time information is scattered around at different places. Monday.com helps with bringing all the data to one place in a well-organized manner. It also simplifies the timeline view which is very important and makes the big picture visible to all team members. A colorful dashboard with various milestones views clearly outlines if we are on track or not. It also helps with team communication.

Existing templates are a great starting point, it saves the effort significantly of setting up something from ground zero. one can easily adjust or tweak the setup once they start with a template and use it as per their preference. this helps with productivity and time saving of new set up for the various types of dashboard.
this is great to have a real person support 24/7. Personally, I didn't have to use this support, but this is one of the essential things for any product or business. Having this kind of support model in place brings peace of mind for scenarios when things don't go well. we know we can reach out and get help in a quick manner.
this is a well-designed product and quite different from other platforms. its simplicity and clear views of timelines make it stands out. there are various workflows where it has added values. performance is great which is a key aspect of any tool or product. we have not faced any performance-related issues.

The best scenario has been the milestones tracker. if an activity needs to be done across various teams or projects, we can easily track the progress with a clear status view or progress bar. It's not well suited to track simple assignment information, it can be used but we don't need that effort to use monday.com for those simple information.
