Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We started using monday.com to organize the tasks being completed in the business. This helped make the work visible to the entire team, which we now review weekly, and helps us to make core decisions about the priority of our tasks. It also allowed us to collaborate more effectively and communicate new work tasks that arise from other areas of the business by being able to allocate owners as soon as we become aware of a new priority. Visually, monday.com is simple and easy to use with each group being color-coded which helps us quickly understand what type of work we will be tackling from our unique work hubs. Everything becomes much clearer. We are currently using standard task boards but intend to start exploring other boards to increase our productivity. It has also allowed us to add contractors to specific boards and easily access the work they are completing on our projects. Overall the whole team and additional team members love working with monday.com and we are looking forward to adding more of our team to the software as are projects evolve.

  • You can automate tasks in different ways.
  • Integrate from other software to speed up productivity and automate the controls.
  • Not all work tasks seem to transfer over to my work section even when it has a date.
  • Some automations can be slow and feel sticky.
  • The pricing goes up in team sizes, so going from 3 members to 4 means getting a membership for 5 users instead.

monday.com is incredibly user-friendly, upon introducing the product management software to the business, we managed to get up and running straight away without using tutorials. There is a lot more to discover with monday.com and we've only scratched the surface. The foundation of the software works really well and it's easy to get started quickly.

The overall performance of monday.com is great, we haven't experienced any downtime with our project and we use monday.com daily to manage our tasks and goals.

We have several teams working on different projects, using monday.com means all the work being produced by every team is visible by admin or product owners. It allows us the flexibility to let the team decide their work while being able to see the overall impact their work has on the company goals.
