Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com for nearly every aspect of my business. We use it to manage projects, meetings, opportunities, onboarding new employees, forecasting, team and client communications, help desk, and managing resources. The uses we find for monday.com are endless, as are its customization options. We integrate it with the other systems we use such as Outlook, limiting the need for extraneous emails. We can have conversations about projects and tasks right where they need to be. monday.com is the heartbeat of our company's operations.

- Ease of adding integrations and automation. It's good. I just think it could be easier to manage the multitude necessary on some boards we've built.

I can't remember a time when it wasn't up and fast as lightning; seriously awesome product. Virtually every other software or system we use causes us frustration and delay, not monday.com. It's terrific in every way, shape, and form. It has made us better and better as an organization.
