Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We used monday.com to manage our projects across marketing, from lead gen campaigns to customer comms and beyond. We set up email and editorial calendars, request flows and tracked workload. While monday.com is extremely versatile, it also requires a lot of customization for basic workflows we hoped would be set up out of the box. Even things as simple as recurring tasks were difficult.

We never experienced downtime with monday.com and there was only one occasion that comes to mind in terms of bugginess. It's really powerful software but I almost wonder if it's trying to be too many things to too many people and not focusing on core competencies.
