We use monday.com to manage our content production for youtube and social networks. And also to organize the company's projects and new product launches.
Pros
- Organize our tasks in an easy-to-read calendar
- Share tasks and track each user's progress
- Intelligently integrate more than one spreadsheet or board and automate tasks.
- Organize all project information (tasks, files, milestones) in a simple and clean view.
Cons
- Some integrations with external systems, such as store inventory control, can be more straightforward
- Integrations with more customizable and two-way Facebook Ads or Google Ads for direct management by Monday
- Automations of creating new tasks when some action or job is completed are sometimes confusing
- Improved our productivity in content creation
- Accelerated the process of sharing files intended for expensive project
- Improved mid-term vision for product launches
Monday has an immense ability to help with day-to-day tasks and organization in my company. I feel I underutilize the tool and would like to see more ways that Monday could be integrated into our processes. Perhaps because it is so flexible, it is sometimes difficult to predict what advantages Monday could have in different situations. And there's a point that I see improvement: a kind of academy that can pass this information based on the type of needs of each user.
