Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com came to clarify our processes and flows and ensure we were not missing any steps. The integration with forms and complex automation possibilities allowed us to create boards that reduced the time of processes in half, drastically increasing efficiency and the quality of work for the employees.
  • automated flows to communicate between teams
  • automated flows to communicate with external parties
  • forms integrated with boards that easily turn into insightful statistics
  • Performance: bugs and moments of system down are still quite recurrent
  • Connected boards columns can be tricky if you have the columns set previously, I can't change, for example, to a two-way connection
  • Mirrored columns still not work with all functionalities
  • Drastic reduction of time spent in processes
  • Improvement of work satisfaction for employees
  • Source of data previously not available
The range of possibilities allowed by the platform is huge. But, it is not simple at all. It is doable only for the ones that really care to dig into the platform.
Until you get a good answer, you must pass 2 or 3 rounds of automated answers that don't consider what you have already written.
There is still room for improvement. The company was caught off guard a few times because of reliability issues.

For CRM, although the platform is evolving, I believe there is still a long way to go to be a solid solution. (which will be great) As for process management and internal communication, it is absolutely amazing.
