My company currently uses Monday.com to manage all our full marketing content schedule, including email, blogs, events and more. This product helps each member of the team know what tasks they are responsible for and keep track of due dates so we are able to prioritize.
- User friendly interface
- Quick and helpful customer service
- Continual improvement of the product
- Short webinar sessions on individual new features vs the long update recap
- Most of the time the Loom videos work well but would like to be able to access live support at times
- Regular check ins with an account manager
- Time saving
- Increased employee engagement
- Project efficiency
Its very rare I have an issue with an existing feature of downtime. Once sub-item filtering was made available it was a huge win for our board organization!
