onboarding doctors, tracking state and federal licenses, working through large projects, storing data, creating timelines, mapping, communication, integrating work with other softwares, automating processes, sharing information company wide, importing/ exporting, organizing spreadsheets, CRMs, marketing & events planning
- allows us to set automations, which cuts out a lot of work and ensures people are notified when they're able to start their part of the project
- easy to organize views

- a great calendar system would be enormously helpful
- dates, such as anniversaries, can't be set to auto repeat yearly in automations
- hubspot integration malfunctions if more than one integration recipe is set up
- it has removed a lot of communication issues. everything is right there for everyone and a lot of the workflow is automated, so people are automatically notified.
- we started using it with only 3 people and now I'd like to roll it out to all administrative staff. it can't be beat for keeping everyone on the same page.
- it tracks my emails and calls in the notes section, so i don't have to.
