Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday for business team project management, design project management, and as the primary ticketing/tracking system for all development sprints.

Pros

  • Ease of customization
  • Automation of workflows
  • Connecting to other platforms (Slack, etc)
  • Ease of use (one-day onboarding)

Cons

  • Media asset management
  • File storage
  • Short links to pulses
  • Significant time savings each week
  • Greatly improved communication between developers and product managers
  • Near-immediate employee adoptions
  • Faster Sprint cycles
The easiest to use platform I've ever encountered.
The few questions we are proposed have been answered quickly and thoroughly.
Excellent uptime. We have not yet experienced an outage or issues that has impacted out productivity.

We left other ticketing systems because we wanted a single-source-truth that was easy to use and understand for both the business and development teams. No other platform provided the right balance of capability with out of the box functionality. We build the development documentation right with the tickets to improve overall team knowledge.
