Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Multiple people process different requests that are tied to orders. This helps keep track of who is doing what and the orders that are being completed. We have a lot of partners that communicate with us as well and this helps keep track of those orders. Communication is very important for our company. monday.com keeps us on track and nothing is being missed thanks to monday.com.

This is an extremely friendly UI, there are tabs to help you out on how to form an idea. Yes, it looks complicated and a bit adventurous to click around. With monday.com it has the simplicity to create something amazing with minimal effort. Ideas for things you probably didn't think you would need.
I have not had the need to contact support for anything other than give suggestions. They were very open to taking critique for their software. I can't remember the name of the person that communicated. The contact was immediate, The response was also immediate. With that one interaction, I imagine the whole staff is that friendly and always ready to help
monday.com runs very smoothly and operates without any failure. if there are any errors that arise it could be due to your web browser needing a refresh. There is one issue I come across on notification that doesn't bother me. The notifications only populate up to the number "8". When I go and click on there the count disappears. this is not a major worry because monday.com keeps the notifications that are not looked at highlighted.

Honestly, this would be a 10, the search system that is provided is a little confusing. Not many of my colleagues understand how to use it the first time. Not many of our employees are constantly active on monday.com and tend to forget how to use the search feature to its full potential. While this is not my major concern, it is for the rest of my team and colleagues. My main concern is the archive list, I understand there may not be a sufficient server for this. If there was a way to look them up as a regular post, but off to the side to know that it is an archived entry. That would be a tremendous help.
