Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is a critical tool for organization in my role. I used to operate in tens of spreadsheets to plan events, manage projects, and coordinate program deliverables, but monday.com saved me from that very manual, disjointed process. I track everything in monday.com from personal tasks to organization-wide projects that affect multiple departments. It is a game-changing communication tool.

Monday.com provides so many templates that are ready to go, which makes it easy to find suggested ways to set up my project, no matter what it is. I also appreciate that I can import existing Excel sheets into monday.com to turn it into a board. It's also easy to start from scratch if I have a very unique or simple board I need to create.
I have not been directly involved with our Customer Success Manager, or had an instance to ask for support, but those in my organization that do have reported the ease and friendliness of the process.
Monday.com has always performed as expected and it is a very reliable tool.

Monday.com is well-suited for project management and program monitoring. Event planning has become much more streamlined since monday.com allows us to organize every detail, but also communicate those details to other departments.
