Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for managing the tasks of our upcoming operations. We have each booking listed with 20+ subtasks.

I also use monday.com as a task manager to keep track of what I do each week.

Pros

  • Clearly shows progress of each booking
  • Very reliable task manager
  • My manager can track my workload

Cons

  • I sometimes receive notifications for things not assigned to me
  • we are ahead of time on tasks as we have timed notifications when things need to be completed
I have not dealt with this firsthand, but when we have faced issues, the turnaround time has usually been very fast
I am very pleased with the overall performance of monday.com and it has improved my efficiency and morale in the workplace
