Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We manage the projects in our school using monday.com. We write the goals and we assign responsables of them. We also manage the enrollment process using monday.com. We create collaborative projects and we can see if every step of the project is in red, green or yellow. It has also been automatized to send emails to responsables in each step of the project.

As far as usability is concerned, the learning curve is slow at first but then it becomes intuitive, even on cell phones due to the small screen size.
There is no adequate information about the use of the templates. We hardly use them because they are not contextualized to our business. We hope that in the future more information can be provided in Spanish about the use of templates.
We have used the technical support service very little. The times we have used it there has been a quick response. However, we have seen that it is not easy to find support channels, we would have liked immediate technical support by chat. We have also seen that there are no tutorials or user guides in Spanish, which has made it difficult to use 100% all the advantages of monday.com. We hope these improvements can be made in the near future.
We have seen that the design and reliability is good. We have not had any data loss or app availability issues. In that sense we have no complaints. There have been certain compatibility problems with IOS , the application usually closes possibly due to high memory usage . In Windows and MacOs we have not had any difficulties.

monday.com has helped us to manage our school projects in an efficient way. We can provide a better follow-up to the projects, assign managers for these projects efficiently and what we like the most is to have the status of each project graphically. The automatic sending of emails and the integration with various apps are things that we really appreciate.
