I gave it an 8 because I feel that it is particularly good for project and data management, as well as team collaboration. However, I feel like it could be more user-friendly and intuitive. I also think there could be improvement on certain features like hashtags or email integration. I also would like to see better support for ensuring that information doesn’t get lost during longer sessions.

Support Rating

I think the support is efficient and very helpful. Though I was not directly involved with this, monday.com worked with team members from my company to develop features to better integrate and improve the efficiency of our workflow. They particularly excel at attention to detail.

Reliability & Availability

One thing that I think monday.com can improve on is general reliability. I’ve had multiple incidents where I have lost data if I had been on a page for an extended period of time. I’ve also had situations where data is placed in incorrect columns or not fully saved if I’m near the end of a longer session. I also would love to see a cutdown on loading times.

I think monday.com is especially useful for data management, as well as project management for teams of all sizes. I think monday.com is less useful for documents or larger data management projects. I’ve had incidents where I have been working on large sheets where data does not save properly.
