Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Through monday.com we were able to generate a dashboard allowing our team members to check on the progress of different projects. The capability to create buttons and to add items and sub-items result into a very clear spectrum of a wholesome operation such as ours.

Pros

  • Organize project items, statuses and other different variables and factors
  • Provide updates and rely communications among team members
  • It possesses flexibility to grow more items, buttons and statuses

Cons

  • Is it available in different languagues?
  • Notifications in different processes in the dashboard should be customizable
  • It saves time through automated notifications of changes within projects' statuses
  • The capability of viewing a certain project statuses also saves time on asking where are we at any certain point in a project's timeline
  • Seamlessly adds/discards team members for any determined project
Our team previously worked with custom-made systems that lacked flexibility at certain points. Any change involved contacting outsourced IT to tweak and modify our dashboard software. monday.com allows us to do it ourselves.
I'm not in charge of contacting our customer representative from monday.com, but all I've been told is positive about any of our issues being solved and worked on.
Flexibility, accuracy and enabling us to be on schedule without multiple email or other interactions result in a better use of our office time thanks to monday.com. It's usability and affordability translate into the easy completion of multiple projects at a time.
