Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

Our team involves a large amount of internal communication from Account Managers to Specialists. Monday gives us the ability to seamlessly discuss clients' accounts in an organized manner. It also is great at reminding team members to follow up on tasks. The most difficult part of maintaining a large client load is keeping all of the tasks and information straight, Monday is our only way to keep up with that.
  • Sharing requests with team multiple team members at one.
  • Organizing large amounts of information.
  • Creating the ability for each team to customize their own CRM experience.
  • The automations can be confusing to setup.
  • Connecting boards is difficult.
  • The notifications and inbox includes redundant information.
  • Monday has allowed to maintain clients better by helping us organize their requests.
Previously we used Zoho CRM for the same functions and Monday has been a vast improvement.

We implemented Monday into our team with very little team training.
While I have no needed to use the support, I am confident it would be solid.
When a client requests something and an account manager decides to create a task for the team to complete, Monday is a great asset for helping us to complete that. However, if the account manager simply wants to share an email or direct quote from a client, it is difficult to incorporate that into Monday without just copy/pasting.
