Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

I mainly use it to track potential sales. I can record potential customers, their details, and items they are interested in, set up reminders to reach out, and track the progress of the lead. I am also able to analyze results and see which types of leads are converting and what methods are benefitting us. We can also record and communicate information to other staff members which helps with hybrid working.
  • Easy to set up boards and automations.
  • Easy to personalise boards for different users.
  • Easy to keep track of large amounts of information at a glance.
  • It would be good to reassign items from the current user to another user.
  • It has allowed us to convert customers who might have slipped through or gone somewhere else.
  • Allows sharing of information with staff easily.
  • Automation reminders have allowed staff to stay on task and target.
Zendesk was hard to use and everything you want is on a higher subscription plan so you feel ripped off.

Everything is straightforward, if you understand excel, Monday is easy.
We never needed to use it so cannot say.
Monday is great for keeping track of potential customers, what they are interested in when you last contacted them etc. This saves huge amounts of time and allows you to follow up quickly and convert leads into customers. It is not great for temporary things, better for keeping track of tasks and information that you do on a regular basis.
