Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

monday sales CRM is a very efficient and easy tool to keep up with customer progress and overall success in sales. It helps keep track of customers and products which they buy and gives a very nice overview of the business. I like the connectivity it provides to link every action to different boards.

It is very easy to use and has key elements which are very easy to understand. I feel like anyone would be able to use this software. Especially beginners. This will make life for trainers and trainees easy. There is no hard part to using Monday. It is great overall.
There might be support for the CRM but if you get the hang of it you do not really need the support. There is almost no need for it because it can be built very easily and efficiently. We as a company never really used the support because it was easily understandable.
monday sales CRM is a very good tool to use if you are a beginner in the CRM field. It is also great to use on an advanced level. It is easy to explain to new workers and follows a very simple process. I would highly recommend this to any start-up business or also advanced.
