Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
Currently, we are using Monday.com for the following purposes: CRM for potential customers separated by the respectful market CRM for current customers separated by the compliant market Credit control; the team responsible for this financial part is keeping track of customers' credit limits and creating a report for the accounting department. Projects/Tasks, each group or team member has different tasks depending on the complexity of the desired results. Monday is convenient in this situation, allowing us to follow how each project/task is developing.
Pros
- Variety of columns, giving the possibility to add different information
- The possibility filtering in plenty of ways
- The possibility filtering in different workplaces in the same time
Cons
- Every few days, it crushes
- More animations
- After spending a lot of money, this product is the most cost-efficient until now
- Saving each contract to the corresponding customer profile
